David O. Adeife once said, “Never innovate to compete, innovate to change the rules of the game.” This rings true with In2IT EBS, a new generation SAP partner that is agile and innovative and adapts to SAP’s ever-changing products while adding unique value propositions to its solutions. The India-based firm focuses on two of SAP’s latest offerings—S4HANA and SuccessFactors (SF). The firm’s leadership team comprises of individuals with extensive experience in the SAP ecosystem, which gives the company an advantage in comprehending varying client requirements. The company works with a philosophy that every customer has unique requirements and that a one-size-fits-all approach has no place in today’s dynamic business scenario. In2IT also has the capabilities to build SAP implementation templates that can reduce project timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule. The firm guarantees client success by delivering customer-centric services that are optimized to streamline processes.

In2IT EBS brings to the fore proven implementation methodologies that are SAP certified. What sets the company apart from its competitors is its ability to execute S4HANA and SAP SF projects faster and innovate better. “We co-innovate along with our customers to develop niche functionalities, over and above the existing products, that are scalable and repeatable,” says Parichay Joshi, CEO of In2IT EBS. “Our strong infrastructure practice allows us to provide end-to-end solutions that include business consulting and post-implementation operations,” continues Parichay.

In2IT offers its agile and innovative solutions to clients across a range of industry verticals and segments

Today, customers look to implement platforms that bring along the best global practices into their enterprises. “We leverage the best practices from across the world and integrate them into our solutions for specific geographical and industry requirements,” says Parichay. The company also trains the end-users to be fully self-sufficient with the required skills at the time the systems go live. The company’s deep industry-specific knowledge, robust execution, and comprehensive hands-on experience make the implementation of solutions seamless. The unique pricing model, which is co- created with customer, keeping in mind their priorities and customization, makes the return on investment quicker to realize and further enhances value to customer.

Unlike other partners working in similar space, Parichay believes that not carrying the legacy of yesteryears, adds to the organization’s agility and willingness to learn newer technologies. The firm works with its clients to tailor solutions to add maximum value, over and above the standard offerings. Among the many success stories In2IT has had, one particular client stands out—a leading university approached In2IT for its SAP SF and HANA cloud integration solutions for its teaching and non-teaching staff, to reduce operational costs and enhance the productivity of its 6,000 staff. The university also wanted to leverage data access capabilities through a mobile-driven environment. In2IT employed SF’s Employee Central solution, enabling the university to record HR transactions, while easily connecting to HANA cloud ERP. The SF integration helped the staff develop goals instantly with recommendations from SF’s goal library of more than 500 SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals.

In2IT is heavily focused on the Asia-Pacific region as well as the South African market along with significant presence in US as well. With multiple offices in the region, the firm is poised to extend its expertise further. In2IT is closely aligned with SAP’s 2020 vision and has also invested heavily in SAP Leonardo as blockchain technology is going to be important going forward. The platform will also be a powerful tool for emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and the Internet of Things.
